With outstanding experience in the metals and mining industry in Kazakhstan, Mr. Kudaibergen has expert knowledge and a long-term vision of what we call lifelong opportunities in the industry. His strategic and operational management skills were enhanced during his time at NAC Kazatomprom as CEO of several subsidiaries. He was the CEO of Tau-Ken Samruk before establishing GWM.

He holds an MBA in International Management from the Geneva Business School, an MBA in Mining Management from the Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys (National University of Science and Technology "MISiS"), a Master of State and Municipal Management from the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration and a Bachelor of Law from Al-Farabi Kazakh National State University. He is also certified as an IPMA Level B Project Manager.

Mr. Kozhabekov is a successful entrepreneur and top manager with experience in private and national companies working in the machinery, engineering, innovation management in the oil and gas and energy sectors.

He is Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Sputnik-Kazakhstan LLP, a provider of digital integration solutions, engineering and consulting services. He holds three patents in petrochemicals and is certified by BMTrada to ISO 9000/ISO 14000/API quality management standards.

Mr. Kozhabekov is an MBA graduate of the Sloan School of Management, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT, Cambridge, USA) and holds a BSc in Engineering from the Almaty Institute of Architecture and Construction.

Mr. Beisembetov has a varied experience in commercial and investment banking, having worked for local subsidiaries of HSBC and UniCredit, where he was responsible for relationships with major local and international corporates, actively managing loan portfolios in excess of $800 million. He also served as Head of Corporate Finance at BSGP, a joint venture between CNPC and KMG, and as Financial Institutions Expert at Intergas Central Asia (ICA KazTransGas) and Eurasian Resources Group (ERG). To date, the total value of organised entities exceeds USD 8 billion, including multi-billion infrastructure facilities, syndicated loans, Eurobonds, bilateral credit lines and inter-bank risk participation arrangements.

He holds a BSc in Business Administration from KIMEP and is a Level III candidate in the CFA Programme.

He has extensive experience in the energy sector of Kazakhstan. He worked as a manager in a number of energy companies in the private and public sectors. He held the position of Chairman of the Board of KOREM JSC. Head of the industry energy association.

Andrey Kram is a professional consultant in the field of operational efficiency of production, repair and logistics processes. He has managed more than 50 projects in leading industrial companies of Russia and Kazakhstan (Kazakhmys, Rosatom, Kazatomprom, MMK, ERG, Miratorg, etc.). The total economic effect for the customers amounted to more than 50 million dollars.

Graduated from Moscow State Industrial University (Department - Power Machine Engineering).

Has unique experience in large companies with a high level of corporate governance organisation (Gazprom, RAO UES of Russia, Zarubezhneft, Sovcomflot, SG-Trans). Significant professional achievements include:

creation from scratch of an analytical unit - the Centre for Analysis and Strategy of Corporate Governance, which, for example, developed the "Economic feasibility study for an investment project to build 3D vessels to explore the continental shelf of the Russian Federation".

Developed and implemented an economic system of incentives for the state corporation's counterparties to reduce their outstanding contractual obligations, which enabled the company to repay overdue accounts receivable of more than RUB 800 million within six months alone.

Graduated from St. Petersburg State Academy of Engineering and Economics, PhD in Economics, expert consultant in project finance (certificate of the International Banking Institute), member of the National Register of Independent Directors under the RUIE.

Idekeev Yelnur is a professional consultant in the field of information technology and digital transformation of industrial enterprises, automation of business processes and data analysis. He has 15 years cumulative experience in information technology. Specialised experience in automation in the mining, energy and logistics industries.

Graduated from Suleyman Demirel University.
